How long does it take to process payments
Payments can take up two weeks to process, depending on the number of payouts we have to process.
Where do I find my user ID

We need your user ID number to identify your account and see how big payout you have earned.
Will refsave ever ask us for payment
No! We will never ask you for anything not specified in the registration form. This is a free service, we only take a small percentage of the fees to support our service and the time and effort required to process and check payments.

Crypto payouts will be in USDC. During the registration process, you will be informed what type of wallet address is required in order to receive the payout from that specific exchange.
What is the minimum payout amount
Currently, it is 500 USD for all crypto exchanges.

No! We will never require such information or any other sensitive information.

No, each user is responsible for abiding the laws in their jurisdiction.

No problem, simply log in and update your customer ID information once you have registered again using the refsave links. This applies for all other information which you can edit as well.
